Then we were put in a downgraded room than what I had booked and we were swiftly moved to a tiger room once I complained.I just felt that no one went out of their way to apologise or to make us feel welcome and valued.I booked dinner and breakfast using the big screen, however it then became apparent that the wrong date had been booked as there was only one restaurant open they couldnt fit us in at a reasonable hour with young children so we ended up leaving the resort and driving elsewhereThen there was breakfast really really let down by the quality.
